RETURNS: NO REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT
All Sale Items, Swimwear, Shoes and Accessories are FINAL SALE. However, we will gladly offer store credit for eligible items (Tags must still be attached, unworn and undamaged items only!).
If we receive worn, damaged or items without tags attached, you will be ineligible for store credit and items will be returned back to you at your expense.
Store credit will be issued within 72 hours of us receiving return and will expire 30 days from the date issued.
Customer must contact Xantrese Boutique by e-mail (email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving order and item(s) must be returned within the next 7 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS!
E-mail must include: Name, Order Number, and reason for return.
Returned item(s) must include original shipping bill transaction.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs of ALL RETURNS unless it was a mistake on behalf of Xantrese Boutique.

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Domestic Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days and 7-10 business days for International Shipping.
Xantrese Boutique is NOT liable for any costs or fees associated with Customs, Duties and Taxes, nor are we to be held accountable for delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping address (It is the customer's responsibility to confirm correct shipping information at the time of purchase). Lost or Stolen Packages
At the time of purchase, a tracking number will be issued. Xantrese Boutique is NOT responsible for lost and stolen packages.
